Clinton Hollon, the Toronto Blue Jays’ second round pick in the 2013 draft, received a 50-game suspension for the second time in less than a year on Tuesday. MLB announced that a positive test for a drug of abuse triggered the suspension, which begins immediately without pay.

While Hollon’s on the roster of the Lansing Lugnuts, he has yet to pitch in a game this year in the aftermath of his first suspension. Hollon was initially suspended for 50 games last August for testing positive for an amphetamine.

Hollon, 21, posted a 3.12 ERA in 17.1 innings the summer he was drafted but missed the 2014 season after undergoing Tommy John surgery. He returned in 2015 and posted a 3.38 ERA in 58.2 innings with the Blue Jays’ Vancouver and Lansing affiliates before getting suspended.
