The Toronto Blue Jays have signed right-handed pitcher Jarrett Grube and catcher Michael Ohlman to minor league contracts with invites to major league spring training, the team announced on Monday.

Grube, 35, spent all of last season in triple-A split between the Columbus Clippers and the Tacoma Rainiers, going 1-7 with a 3.92 ERA, 106 strikeouts and 34 walks over 119.1 innings. The right-hander made his lone MLB appearance with the Angels in 2014, facing three batters and giving up a home run.

Ohlman hit a combined .287 with seven home runs and 44 RBI in 78 games last season split between the St. Louis Cardinals’ double-A and triple-A affiliates. The 25-year-old has yet to appear at the major league level.
