It's the champagne shower to end all champagne showers as the Chicago Cubs celebrate being named the 2016 World Series Champion after a 108 year title drought.

When Game 7 of the World Series went to extra innings and the Chicago Cubs emerged with their first championship in 108 years, Twitter went crazy.
