The San Diego Padres have offered former Toronto Blue Jays RHP Brandon Morrow a one-year contract, according to MLB on FOX reporter Ken Rosenthal.
According to the report, the deal is incentive-laden.
The Padres apparently aren’t the only team in the hunt for the 30-year-old.
Morrow became a free agent when the Blue Jays declined a $10 million option. Morrow was marred with injuries over the past two seasons with the Blue Jays, limiting his starts to 16 games. His record was 3-6 with a 5.65 ERA during that time.
