Buffalo Sabres sign goalie Adam Wilcox

The Buffalo Sabres signed 24-year-old goalie Adam Wilcox to a one-year, two way contract Saturday.

Wilcox played last season in the AHL with the Syracuse Crunch and Springfield Thunderbirds. He was a sixth-round pick (178th overall) by Tampa Bay in 2011.
