Canadiens’ Brendan Gallagher to miss 2-3 weeks with injury

Eric Engels joins Chantal Desjardins to talk about the top news surrounding the Montreal Canadiens.

The struggling Montreal Canadiens will be without Brendan Gallagher for the next two to three weeks, the team announced Tuesday.

Gallagher, 23, left Saturday’s game against the Winnipeg Jets with a lower-body injury and was ruled out for Tuesday night’s matchup against the Dallas Stars.

This won’t be Gallagher’s first time missing games due to injury. The winger was out for all of December with two fractured fingers.

Gallagher has 18 goals and 17 assists in 49 games this season.
