Canucks goalie Anders Nilsson goes full Spider-Man for son’s birthday

Anders Nilsson got creative for his son’s birthday party.

Not one to be a fly on the wall, the Swedish netminder donned Peter Parker’s Spidey suit and got busy, climbing on the roof of his house to surprise his little one with a gift he won’t soon forget.

Nilsson, who signed with the Vancouver Canucks this off-season, threw caution into the wind and scaled a roof to appease his son.

He even threw in a couple very convincing Spider-Man web-shooting motions before making his descent down a fence.

While we’re not sure if Canucks general manager Jim Benning approves of Nilsson’s alter ego, we know at least one fan who seemed thrilled.
