Capitals claim, re-acquire Nathan Walker from Oilers

The Washington Capitals have claimed forward Nathan Walker off of waivers.

Walker was waived by the Edmonton Oilers on Tuesday in a series of roster moves.

The Oilers had claimed the forward off of waivers from the Capitals in on Dec. 1, and he appeared in two games for Edmonton.

The 23-year-old, who became the first Australian to play in the NHL this year, has one goal in seven games with the Capitals this season.
