BROSSARD, Que. — Montreal Canadiens goaltender Carey Price is questionable for Thursday’s game against the Carolina Hurricanes.

“Carey was not at 100 per cent today,” said Canadiens coach Claude Julien on Wednesday. “It’s very minor, but we have to make sure he’s 100 per cent.”

The 29-year-old, who is 33-17-5 this season and has a .923 save percentage, was involved in a minor collision halfway through Wednesday’s practice but remained on the ice through the entire 40-minute workout.

When asked if he could confirm Price’s place in the starting lineup for Thursday’s game, Julien said he’d make the decision Thursday morning.

Price, who won the Hart and Vezina Trophies in 2015, missed 70 games last season with knee injuries.

Montreal currently holds a three-point lead on the Ottawa Senators for first place in the Atlantic Division.
