Chris Drury won’t interview with the Buffalo Sabres for their vacant general manager position, according to Sportsnet’s Elliotte Friedman.
The Sabres fired GM Tim Murray and head coach Dan Bylsma on April 20 after a last place finish in the Atlantic Division.
Drury, who is currently the assistant GM with the New York Rangers, played three seasons in Buffalo from 2003-2007.
