Daniel Carr draws into Canadiens’ lineup against Bruins

Five different Canadiens scored as Montreal hung on to beat the Philadelphia Flyers.

Montreal Canadiens left winger Daniel Carr will return to the lineup Tuesday against the Boston Bruins, the team announced.

The 25-year old will replace rookie Artturi Lehkonen in the lineup, who was placed on injured reserve Monday with an upper-body injury.

The native of Sherwood Park, Alta. has six goals and four assists in 25 career NHL games with the Habs, but hasn’t played since the second game of the season, spending time in the AHL with the St. John’s Ice Caps and as a healthy scratch with the big club.

Carr is expected to play on the team’s third line alongside David Desharnais and Andrew Shaw.
