The 23-year-old had a .910 save percentage and 2.93 goals-against average in 39 games with AHL Stockton this past season.
He also made his NHL debut with the Flames in 2016-17, stopping 27 shots in a 4-1 win.
The Flames also announced the re-signing of goaltender David Rittich to a one-year, two-way contract. Details on Rittich can be found here.
