Justin Bieber highlights from the NHL Celebrity Shootout

Check out the player intros for the NHL Celebrity Shootout, including superstars like Tim Robbins and David Boreanaz.

Pop star Justin Bieber made quite an impression at the 2017 NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout.

The Stratford, Ont., native was all over the ice; completing successful zone entries, drawing penalties, and (eventually) chipping in offensively.

His first penalty shot attempt was denied by former NHL goaltender Jamie Storr.

He got another chance later in the scrimmage, after getting tripped by Ray Bourque, and crunched by Chris Pronger.

Bieber’s second penalty shot came with some added flair as he tried to mimic Pavel Bure before again getting shut down by Storr’s glove.

But the singing sensation wouldn’t give up (nah-nah-nah), and he picked up an assist on Eric Lindros’ goal after being stopped glove side on his third breakaway chance of the game.

The Biebs added an empty-netter to ice the game for Team Gretzky, which won 5-3.
