Oilers acquire rights to Cooper Marody from Flyers for 3rd-round pick

The Edmonton Oilers have acquired the rights to forward prospect Cooper Marody from the Philadelphia Flyers in exchange for a third-round draft pick in 2019.

Marody had 14 goals and 46 points in 37 games in his third year with the University of Michigan this season.

He was drafted in the sixth round (158th overall) by Philadelphia in 2015.
