Oilers GM Peter Chiarelli talks about the order of business for the club in the offseason, starting with signing Connor McDavid on July 1st, then doing the same with Leon Draisaitl.

Edmonton Oilers defenceman Andrej Sekera has a torn ACL and will need six to nine months to make a full recovery.

Oilers president and general manager Peter Chiarelli revealed the injury during a press conference on Tuesday.

Sekera last played for Edmonton in Game 5 against the Anaheim Ducks in the second round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
