The 6-foot-4, 220-pound rearguard has played a total of 219 career NHL games, with 22 points and 302 penalty minutes to his name.

This will be Fraser’s second stint in Edmonton, as he spent a portion of the 2013-14 campaign with the Oilers, tallying one goal and 43 penalty minutes in 23 games that season.
