Should Radko Gudas be suspended for his slash on Mathieu Perreault?

Radko Gudas got kicked out of the game after coming down hard on Mathieu Perreault with his stick right to the side of the head.

Radko Gudas has done it again.

The burly Philadelphia Flyers defenceman, no stranger to controversy, was ejected from Thursday’s game against the Winnipeg Jets for a slash to the head of Mathieu Perreault.

Gudas was given a five-minute major and a game misconduct for his reckless play, though thankfully Perreault was all right.

It was the sixth game misconduct or match penalty of Gudas’ career.
