Leo Komarov reportedly plans on returning to the NHL.

Translated from sovsport.ru, Komarov said “I have not finished the NHL. I want to go back there. After this season, I’m a free agent.”

Komarov, who will be playing for Dynamo Moscow of the KHL in 2013-14, played three full seasons — plus the start of the 2012-13 campaign — with the club. He suited up with the Toronto Maple Leafs once the lockout ended.

In his first season playing in North America, the Estonian-born Fin registered four goals and nine points in 42 games with the Maple Leafs.

“There were serious differences on the contract,” Komarov said about his negotiations with the Maple Leafs. “The club has not fulfilled the conditions that I had requested.”
