TORONTO – Sportsnet, Canada’s home for hockey, today unveiled its 2015-16 NHL national broadcast schedule.
Highlights from the Sportsnet 2015-16 NHL national broadcast schedule, including opening week details, are as follows:
• More than 500 regional and national games combined; 200+ national games on Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays announced today, with more to come
• Coverage of all games featuring the Canadiens, Canucks, Flames and Oilers
• Puck drops Wednesday, Oct. 7 with all-Canadian double-header on Sportsnet

TORONTO (June 25, 2015) – Sportsnet today unveiled part 1 of its 2015-16 NHL national broadcast schedule with must-see matchups across three signature destination nights – Wednesdays with Scotiabank Wednesday Night Hockey, Saturdays with Hockey Night in Canada and Sundays with Rogers Hometown Hockey.
Sportsnet’s national broadcast schedule will also feature a minimum of one game every Thursday night, more premium Canadian matchups on Saturday nights and US-US games throughout the year using flex scheduling to ensure the best matchups. In addition, all of the biggest events throughout the season will be showcased, including the 2016 Bridgestone NHL Winter Classic, the 2016 NHL All-Star Game, Canada’s annual celebration Scotiabank Hockey Day in Canada, the 2016 Coors Light NHL Stadium Series, the Stanley Cup Playoffs and the Stanley Cup Final.
Additional details of Sportsnet’s NHL coverage for the 2015-16 season, including Rogers NHL GameCentre LIVE, will be announced in the coming weeks.

Sportsnet will broadcast all national and regional games featuring the Calgary Flames, Edmonton Oilers, Montreal Canadiens and Vancouver Canucks, and will also deliver coverage of 56 Toronto Maple Leafs games (national and regional), 29 national Ottawa Senators games and 22 national Winnipeg Jets games.
