Wild sign Zac Dalpe to one-year deal

The Minnesota Wild have signed restricted free agent forward Zac Dalpe to a one-year deal, the team announced Thursday.

The two-way contract is worth $600,000.

The 26-year-old’s season was cut short by injuries, but he managed to finish the year with the Wild, skating in two NHL games and scoring in the club’s final game of the regular season. He also appeared in three playoff games this year.

In total, Dalpe has eleven goals and 10 assists in 119 career NHL games over parts of six NHL seasons with the Carolina Hurricanes, Vancouver Canucks, Buffalo Sabres and Wild.
