OSHAWA, Ont. — Matt Mistele scored his second of the game in a five-goal third period as the Oshawa Generals doubled up the Belleville Bulls 8-4 on Friday night in Ontario Hockey League action.
Bradley Latour, Cole Cassels, Hunter Smith and Mitchell Vande Sompel all had identical nights with a goal and two assists for the Generals (45-8-5). Brent Pedersen and Kenny Huether rounded out the attack.
Brett Welychka, Michael Cramarossa, Jordan Subban and Brandon Saigeon supplied the offence for Belleville (24-28-7).
Jeremy Brodeur kicked out 21 shots in net for Oshawa while Connor Hicks made 31 saves for the Bulls.
The Generals were scoreless on two power plays while Belleville went 1 for 4.

KINGSTON, Ont. — Lucas Peressini stopped all 16 shots he faced as the Frontenacs blanked Sudbury.
Lawson Crouse and Spencer Watson had goals in the first period for Kingston (24-25-8). Juho Lammikko scored in the third.
Samuel Tanguay turned away 38 shots in goal for the Wolves (10-47-2).

SARNIA, Ont. — Nikita Korostelev scored a power-play goal at 4:43 of overtime to lift the Sting over Plymouth.
After two scoreless periods, Jeff King scored his first of the season on the power play in the third for Sarnia (26-27-7). Pavel Zacha tied the game with a late goal as the Sting snapped a five-game skid.
Victor Crus Rydberg and Mathew Campagna had goals on the man advantage for the Whalers (21-33-4).

SAULT STE. MARIE, Ont. — Anthony DeAngelo had a pair of goals and added an assist as the Greyhounds won their eighth straight by topping Windsor.
Zachary Senyshyn, Jared McCann and Jean Dupuy also scored for Sault Ste. Marie (46-11-2), which had four goals in the third period.
Logan Brown, Slater Doggett and Cristiano DiGiacinto found the back of the net for the Spitfires (24-31-3).

SAGINAW, Ont. — Leo Lazarev kicked out all 31 shots he faced as Ottawa shut out the Spirit.
Nathan Todd, Evan de Haan and Adam Craievich scored in the second period for the 67’s (34-21-4). Sam Studnicka started the scoring in the first while Jeremiah Addison had the other in the third.
Evan Cormier suffered the loss for Saginaw (24-31-3) after turning away 17-of-21 shots in 40 minutes. David Ovsjannikov went the rest of the way, making eight saves.

KITCHENER, Ont. — Nick Paul had a pair of goals as North Bay downed the Rangers.
Brett McKenzie, Alex Henriksson and Nick Moutrey also scored for the Battalion (30-17-11).
Darby Llewellyn found the back of the net for Kitchener (27-21-10) as it lost its fourth straight.

LONDON, Ont. — Christian Dvorak struck twice as the Knights used a four-goal third period to beat Guelph.
Jack Hidi, Max Domi, Chandler Yakimowicz and Aaron Berisha rounded out the attack for London (36-20-3) for its sixth-straight win.
Tyler Boston and Chris Marchese had goals for the Storm (33-23-4).

OWEN SOUND, Ont. — Erik Bradford and Petrus Palmu each had two goals as the Attack won their sixth straight by edging Erie.
