Bruins extend Marc McLaughlin with one-year deal

The Boston Bruins have signed Marc McLaughlin to a one-year, two-way contract extension worth $775,000, the team announced on Tuesday.

McLaughlin, 24, has played parts of three seasons with the Bruins totalling 14 career games and four points in that span.

The forward has laced up in 134 games with Boston’s AHL affiliate, the Providence Bruins, over the last two seasons, accumulating 21 goals and 31 points during his time with the club.

McLaughlin went undrafted out of Boston University and later signed with the Bruins as a free agent in 2022.
