Rublev bloodies himself with racket during loss to Alcaraz at ATP Finals

World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz, of Spain, took down No. 5 Andrey Rublev, of Russia, in straight sets (7-5, 6-2) during the round-robin stage of the ATP Finals. Alcaraz moved to 1-1 after his opening loss to Alexander Zverev.
