Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Teoscar Hernandez left Monday’s game against the Los Angeles Angels with a left wrist sprain.

Hernandez collided with the scoreboard in the outfield trying to catch a fly ball.

He stayed in the game initially but was later removed to receive X-rays, which came back negative.

The 26-year-old is hitting .211 this season with six home runs and 22 RBIs.
