Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Randal Grichuk left Monday’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays with lower-back tightness, the team announced.

The Blue Jays said the decision to pull Grichuk was for precautionary reasons.

Grichuk hit a three-run home run in the seventh inning before getting pulled in the eighth. Toronto went on to win 6-4.

In 23 games this season, the 29-year-old has seven home runs and 19 RBI.
