The Toronto Blue Jays completed a minor-league trade Saturday, sending infielder Jon Berti to the Cleveland Indians in exchange for cash considerations.

Selected by the Blue Jays in the 18th round of the 2011 MLB June Amateur Draft, Berti has yet to suit up for a regular-season game in the majors.

The 28-year-old Bowling Green State University alumnus has two hits in eight plate appearances this season with the Buffalo Bisons.
