The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to a minor-league deal with a Spring Training invite with free-agent infielder Eric Sogard, Robert Murray of The Athletic reports.

Sogard spent the last two seasons with the Milwaukee Brewers after playing his first six big-league seasons with the Oakland Athletics.

Last year, the 32-year-old got into just 55 games with Milwaukee, batting a dismal .134/.241/.165 with two RBIs. He was released by the Brewers on July 10, then re-signed with the team on a minor-league deal just 17 days later, only to once again get released on Sept. 1.
