Indiana Pacers centre Myles Turner is out indefinitely due to a toe injury on his right foot sustained during the Pacers matchup against the Atlanta Hawks.
“An MRI done Monday revealed that Pacers center Myles Turner has a partial tear of his plantar plate in the great toe of his right foot,” said the Pacers in a press release.
“Turner is out indefinitely and updates will be provided as necessary.”
Turner made his return to the Pacers on Sunday against the Hawks after sitting out the previous six weeks due to a sprained ankle.
During this season’s campaign, Turner has averaged 12.6 points, 6.5 rebounds and 3.4 blocks per game, leading the team in blocks, in 47 games played.
