With word that Amir Johnson will be signing with the Boston Celtics in free agency, the longtime Toronto Raptor took to Twitter to express his gratitude for his time with the Raptors, the city of Toronto and all of Canada.

Johnson spent the last six seasons with Toronto, averaging 8.8 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game. He scored an average of 9.3 points with 6.1 rebounds on 57 percent shooting this past season.

The 28-year-old became a fan favourite for his hustle on the court, and the way he engaged with fans out on the street.
