Who would win a Raptors-only track-and-field day? How good is Amir Johnson’s Celine Dion impression? When was the last time Dwane Casey cried at the movies? Every day until the season starts, we throw a Raptor in front of a green screen and ask him the tough questions. Today, Bruno Caboclo shows you how great he is.

So, is he the “Brazilian Kevin Durant” or “two years away from being two years away”? That’s the big question for any Raptors fans still scratching their heads at Masai Ujiri’s decision to select unknown forward Bruno Caboclo with the 20th pick of the 2014 draft.
It’s going to take a while to get an answer. The six-foot-nine forward has the physical tools to be a difference maker (his wingspan measures roughly seven-foot-seven) and there were real flashes of promise in Summer League, where he put his shooting range and finishing ability on display, but the Raptors are deep at the three and it’s unlikely the 19-year-old will get much run.
Consider this a year of practice and development. Caboclo is a swing-for-the-fences pick that could pay off big time for Toronto in the long run.
