Raptors’ Fred VanVleet named finalist for Sixth Man of the Year

Toronto Raptors point guard Fred VanVleet has been named a finalist for the Sixth Man of the Year award.

Along with VanVleet, Eric Gordan of the Houston Rockets and Lou Williams of the Los Angeles Clippers have also been nominated.

In 76 games this season, VanVleet shot 42 per cent from the field and picked up 8.6 points per game, 3.2 assists per game and shot 41 per cent from three-point range.
