Kyle Lowry says he’s playing Tuesday against his hometown Philadelphia 76ers despite missing Toronto Raptors practice Monday with a sore back.
Lowry also missed Sunday’s win over the Los Angeles Clippers due to the back injury. He’s been in and out of the lineup, missing 11 games, since the middle of December.
According to Sportsnet’s Eric Smith, Lowry could have played against the Clippers but wanted to be cautious.
Lowry, who was just recently named to his fifth all-star game, is shooting .409 from the field and .319 from three, scoring 14.1 points per game.
