Raptors’ Kyle Lowry out, Danny Green in vs. Lakers

Toronto Raptors point guard Kyle Lowry is out for Thursday’s game against the Los Angeles Lakers with a left ankle sprain.

Danny Green, who is also dealing with an ankle sprain, will play. Fred VanVleet remains out with a left thumb injury.

As for the struggling Lakers, Tyson Chandler and Lance Stephenson will both miss the game with neck and foot injuries, respectively. Josh Hart is questionable with knee tendinitis, but is expected to play.

The Raptors (48-20) and Lakers (31-36) tip off at 8:00 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on Sportsnet ONE.
