Toronto Raptors swingman Patrick McCaw is out indefinitely and is slated to see a specialist for a nagging left knee issue, the team’s head coach Nick Nurse told reporters Monday.

“He’s doing OK. He’s got another look today to see what’s troubling him. We should have some information here by the end of the afternoon. So, right now he’s out indefinitely. But he’s seeing a specialist today,” said Nurse.

McCaw, 24, is in his second season with the Raptors and has averaged 4.0 points and 1.5 steals across two games.

The 2016 second-round pick (38th overall) averaged 2.7 points, 0.8 steals and 1.0 assists in 26 games for the Raptors last season.
