The Memphis Grizzlies are sending forward C.J. Miles to the Washington Wizards in exchange for centre Dwight Howard, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Memphis, however, is planning to waive Howard, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
Miles was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies from the Toronto Raptors along with Jonas Valanciunas, Delon Wright and a second-round pick in exchange for Marc Gasol on Feb. 7.
