The Toronto Raptors and Milwaukee Bucks both appear to have interest in Mike Budenholzer as a potential head coach, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski.
Budenholzer had coached the Atlanta Hawks the past five seasons, guiding them to a 213-197 record, along with one conference final appearance. He won Coach of the Year in 2015.
He immediately emerged as a leading candidate for the head coaching job in Toronto on Friday after the team fired Dwane Casey.
The Bucks fired Jason Kidd midway through this season and have been led by interim head coach Joe Prunty since Jan. 22.
