The Toronto Raptors have traded Greg Monroe and draft considerations to the Brooklyn Nets for cash considerations, the team confirmed Thursday.
Monroe signed with the Raptors on a one-year, veteran’s minimum deal worth $2.3 million in August last year and served as the team’s third-string centre.
In 38 appearances with Toronto, the veteran centre averaged 4.8 points and 4.1 rebounds this season.
