The Golden State Warriors are waiving veteran guard Shaun Livingston, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski, making him an unrestricted free agent.
Livingston, 33, had one year remaining on his contract, with $2 million in guaranteed money and a $7.7 million cap hit, according to Spotrac.
The 15-year veteran is “determined to continue playing,” according to Wojnarowski.
The three-time NBA champion has appeared in 833 games with the Warriors, Clippers, Nets, Hornets, Bucks, Cavaliers, Wizards, Thunder and Heat.
Last season with the Warriors, he appeared in 64 games off the bench and averaged four points while shooting 51 per cent from the field.
