On Thursday night the Phoenix Suns became the fourth NBA team to unveil new uniforms in 2013 joining the New Orleans Pelicans, Detroit Pistons and Golden State Warriors.
We at Sportsnet.ca were curious as to which uniform you thought was the best of the bunch. Have a gander at the different new threads and select your favourite below.
1. Golden State Warriors
The Warriors became the first team to sport t-shirt uniforms back in February, a trend which Adidas has promised will continue next season, as it has been reported that 20 NBA teams will wear the t-shirts at least once in 2013-14.

2. New Orleans Pelicans
It was inevitable following the name change in New Orleans to see the Pelicans unveil some new uniforms. New owner Tom Benson also owns the NFL’s Saints so it should come as no surprise that there was a familiar feel to his NBA team’s jerseys.
This will likely be another emerging NBA fashion trend as Charlotte will be making a switch and the Toronto Raptors may soon follow.
3. Detroit Pistons
On Tuesday, the Detroit Pistons unveiled new alternate uniforms which simply said “Motor City” across the chest in a tribute to the city’s automotive history.
Wouldn’t it be fun it if the Raptors unveiled a new “Hogtown” jersey or if the Milwaukee went with “Brew City”. We could go on and on with great names for almost every city. Los Angeles Lakers would be “Tinseltown”, Golden State Warriors would be “San Francisco”… etc.
4. Phoenix Suns
This brings us to the Suns, who held a fashion show Thursday night in Phoenix to market their new duds.
The following was the first comment on the above Instagram photo from a Suns fanatic named phxzarate:

FIRST YOU GOT RID OF SIMULCASTING,THEN YOU ALIENATE A BIG DEMOGRAPHIC AND PUT THE SUNS STRICTLY ON CABLE,THEN YOU PISS OFF ALL POTENTIAL FREE AGENTS THAT ARE VIABLE,THEN YOU PULL THIS WEAK PLOY TO SELL JERSEYS!! THEY SUCK!! PACK UP YOUR BAGS,SELL THE TEAM AND HIT HOTEL CIRCLE IN SD! GO BACK TO THE KJ-TC-CB34 JERSEY. THAT’S WHAT THE FANS WANT. IT LOOKS LIKE MY DAUGHTER DREW THAT DESIGN AND SHE’S NOT EVEN BORN TIL DECEMBER! BTW,GET THAT OLD,FUNKY THEME MUSIC AND BRING BACK “SHAZAM” WHAT-A-SHOT-WHATABURGER!! I can’t wait to see how his soon-to-be-born daughter reacts to the uniform change.
