The Boomstick – This a two-foot long, one pound all-beef hotdog. It is put in a potato bun that is custom made for us by a local baker. We then top it with chili, nacho cheese, grilled onions and jalapenos. After all the toppings it weighs around 3.5lbs. While some folks try to conquer it by themselves, it is meant for two to four people. It even has its on carrying case with handles.
The Totally ROSSome Boomstick – This is a combination between the Nachos and the Boomstick. It’s a Boomstick topped with shredded smoked brisket, pico, nacho cheese, sour cream and nacho cheese Doritos.
The Totally ROSSome Nachos – These are nachos in a full sized pink batting helmet with your choice of shredded chicken, shredded smoked brisket or taco meat, sour cream, pico, queso blanco and covered with Nacho Cheese Doritos. This items sells more than the “Boomstick.”
The Sausage Slugger – Same as the “Boomstick” except it is a Polish Sausage.
The Murphadilla – A 24-inch quesadilla named for outfielder David Murphy. It starts with a bed of nacho cheese Doritos, then place a two-foot long flat bread quesadilla with shredded cheddar cheese melted, topped with shredded smoked brisket, shredded lettuce, pico, sour cream and sliced jalapenos.
The Beltre Buster – This is a one-pound burger topped with a half-pound of bacon, grilled sliced onions, shredded cheddar cheese melted and a bistro sauce all on a pretzel bun. Named for third baseman Adrian Beltre.
