UFC superstar Ronda Rousey certainly knows how to make an impression.
During an appearance on The Tonight Show Tuesday, Rousey was asked by host Jimmy Fallon to demonstrate what makes her patented armbar so effective.
She obliged.
From the time Rousey grabs Fallon’s arm to the time he verbally taps he lasts 13 seconds, which believe it or not is only one second quicker than Rousey’s recent submission win over Cat Zingano at UFC 184 last month.
In 11 professional mixed martial arts bouts, Rousey is 11-0 with nine of those wins coming via armbar.
Rousey was on the show promoting her memoir “My Fight/Your Fight” which was written by her sister, Maria Burns Ortiz, and comes out in May.

The 28-year-old will have plenty to promote this year, including her appearances in the upcoming feature films Furious 7 and Entourage.

Rousey’s next real-life fight takes place against Brazilian Bethe Correia in the main event of UFC 190 on Aug. 1 in Rio de Janeiro where she’ll look to defend her women’s bantamweight title for a seventh time.
