Argonauts clinch second in East Division with home win over Redblacks

Chad Kelly threw for 331 yards and three TDs and Makai Polk and Dejon Brissett combined for 171 receiving yards and three TD receptions as the Toronto Argonauts defeated the Ottawa Redblacks in a shootout 38-31.
