Quarterback Zach Collaros says he is ready to return to the field.
After suffering a head injury on Sept. 12 and missing the last two games, the Blue Bombers' star said he intends to return for a key game against the Calgary Stampeders on Saturday night.
"I would not be going out there if there were any reservations," Collaros said in a media availability on Thursday, when asked about how confident he feels regarding his return.
The 38-year-old Collaros has a history of head injuries. He also missed four games earlier this season with a neck injury.
The Blue Bombers are 7-8 on the season and looking to break out of a two-game losing streak.
