Houston Texans running back Lamar Miller will miss the season after tearing the ACL in his left knee during a pre-season game vs. the Dallas Cowboys on Saturday, reports ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
The injury was confirmed after an MRI, according to Schefter.
The 28-year-old was carted off the field in the first quarter after being taken down by Cowboys tackle Maliek Collins.
Miller rushed for 973 yards and five touchdowns in 14 games last season.
