Ravens linebacker Ray Lewis made his final entrance in Baltimore this afternoon in typical fashion.
A 17-year NFL veteran, Lewis announced Tuesday that he would retire following the 2012 season and played in his first game since tearing his right triceps on Oct. 14.
Equipped with a bionic arm brace and helmet similar to the facemask of The Dark Knight Rises’ villain Bane, Lewis took to the field for his final home game against the Indianapolis Colts.
As always, Twitter had much to say about the event.
Ray Lewis’ 5 second intro was more entertaining than both games yesterday

Ray Lewis, with his new cage and bionic arm, makes Bane from The Dark Night Rises look like a sissy. #Ravens
