For the second season in a row, the New Orleans Saints saw their season end in dramatic fashion as Greg Zuerlein kicked a 57-yard field goal in overtime to send the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl.
Unfortunately for the Rams, the main talking point after the game was the missed pass interference call late in the fourth quarter which could have changed the course of the game.
Drew Brees found Tommylee Lewis open on the sideline for a potential first down but Rams corner Nickell Robey-Coleman tackled the Saints receiver prior to the ball arriving. Unfortunately for New Orleans, there was no penalty on the play as the home crowd and head coach Sean Payton were left in disbelief.
“Just getting off the phone with the league office. They blew the call,” Payton said after the game. “I don’t know if there was ever a more obvious pass interference call.”
Here are some of the best Twitter reactions from the missed call starting with former NFL defensive back Charles Woodson, who knows a thing or two about controversial calls in the playoffs.

Dear @NFL do not release a press statement saying it should have been pass interference months/years later the same way you missed on @DezBryant catch and fixed it years after all it does is piss people off!

Missed call? No chance. Just good aggressive defense
