Sainz wins Mexico City Grand Prix as Norris tightens championship fight

Carlos Sainz was able to win the Mexico City Grand Prix from pole position, while Charles Leclerc was able to finish third and grab fastest lap to help Ferrari move into second in the Constructor's standings with four races left on the season.
