Daily Gallery: NHL’s hardest shooters

A tough customer, Al Iafrate of the Washington Capitals took the crown as the NHL's hardest shooter in 1994 with a 102.7 MPH zinger. Iafrate is a three-time hardest shot champ, with his hardest in-contest shot registering at 105.2 MPH in 1993. Nobody topped Iafrate's 105 MPH bullet until Chara in 2009's event, a span of 12 years!
