Hideki Matsuyama took a four-shot lead into the tournament’s last 18 and turned it into a green jacket.
With his Masters win, Matsuyama becomes the first player from Japan to win the tournament. He finished the final day at 10-under Will Zalatoris, who is only 24-years-old and playing at Augusta National for the first time, finished in second with 9-under.
