DESTIN, Fla. — Adam Svensson of Surrey, B.C., was tied for eighth heading into the final round of the Korn Ferry Tour’s Emerald Coast Classic after a third round of even-par 70 on Saturday.
Svensson, who won last week’s event in Savannah, Ga., fell five spots into a tie with Lee Hodges at 7 under, seven shots back of leader Andrew Novak.
Novak shot a second straight round of 3-under 67 to take a three-stroke lead over David Lipsky into the final 18 holes.
Billy Kennerly, Stephan Jagger and Seth Reeves were tied for third at 10 under.
Taylor Pendrith of Richmond Hill, Ont., (71) was tied for 26th at 3 under.
